Can't recommend Luda enough!! We worked with a few agents and then got randomly assigned Luda and thank goodness! From the beginning, you could tell she cared about us, the process and making sure we were happy. I never felt pushed or like she was trying to sell us the house; and it took us more than a dozen house tours (and many more online).
We had a thousand and one questions (first time buyers), and every one was met with patience and great explanations, not just what something was, but WHY it mattered to us.
Then, once we found the right house, Luda really turned it up a notch and fought for us every step. She not only got us into our new home under budget, but her negotiation prowess was on full display when she helped us beat out an above market cash offer; a true testament to her skill!
