    In the course of my lifetime, I have participated in the purchase of 4 homes with 4 different realtors in 3 different states. All of the realtors I have delt with were personable and knowledgeable of the local real estate. However one was exceptional. While I reside in NY, we just completed the purchase of a condo for my son in the San Diego area, with the help of a truly amazing realtor Luda Phipps.
